With origins to Anno 2002, the non-profit Globe Universal Diplomacy & Arts Education Centre, which would later come under today's Wolff & Sturm Cultural Diplomacy Institute brings together students, diplomats, scholars, artists and audiences from around the world to engage in Professional Training, Performing Arts and shared Academic Scholarship & Exchange in all Cultural Arts as a powerful Conduit of International soft Diplomacy.

As an Institute we are fortunate and privileged for his support and participation in making our global academic exchanges possible.

We are proud to offer Tuition Free Conservatory Training to students around the globe; we do not require scholarship applications...all students who wish to join and prove to be dedicated to their training and their fellow Ensemble Members have the opportunity to train with us and become permanent members of our Professional Global Ensemble -

This year marks a special New Chapter in our history as an Institute.
We have expanded our locations to include our new Hudson River Headquarters in Edgewater, N.J. directly across from beautiful Mid-Town, New York City.
We are working with partners in New Jersey and a very special friend of the Institute and Celebrity Chef in New York City to kick-off our: academic exchange, performances, workshops, and fundraising efforts this Summer 2026!

Global Esemble Residency & Training
We offer opportunities for Conservatory Training Residencies and Scholars in Residence. Students have opportunities to learn among and with our Global Professional Ensemble and W&S Fellows and Scholars.
Together we delight in learning, appreciating, and participating in global cultural arts: performing, artistic and culinary practices among other offerings – elevating and joyfully facilitating human understanding!
