With origins to Anno 2002, the non-profit Globe Universal Diplomacy & Arts Education Centre, which would later come under today's Wolff & Sturm Cultural Diplomacy Institute brings together students, diplomats, scholars, artists and audiences from around the world to engage in Professional Training, Performing Arts and shared Academic Scholarship & Exchange in all Cultural Arts as a powerful Conduit of International soft Diplomacy.

We encourage our Patron Partners to participate in our global diplomacy cultural residency programs, readings, performances, Dinners, and all our cultural programs whether in person, virtually, or in residence, the residence You, our Patrons made possible for our students and for all our cultural program participants.

We believe in the connecting power of literature, drama, culture, and all arts and especially the impact of learning together present with each other in a participatory environment. This is why we believe our residency training program planned within our Institute Home once built will be such a touchstone of our connecting global cultural impact.

All Patron Partners who make this Institute Residency possible will also be creating a global cultural residency home for themselves and their families and communities for generations to come!

We are in process, working towards academic accreditation to offer the Graduate Diploma in Global Cultural Diplomacy through our experiential Masters Program as well as Continuing Education Credits from our International Continuing Education Programme and Graduate Level courses.
